Dear colleagues,
My question is about assembling multiple subunits
into a fimbrium. The fimbrium consists of only one type of subunit. I
am not sure how the subunits are related to one another: whether it is
spirial, or a bundle of multiple "strings". Therefore I need to test
possible models. I only have a very preliminary idea how the fimbrium
looks like from the impression of an EM image.
Are there any programs that can help me model such a complex structure?
Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated !
