| Hi, We have a cartesian HoneyBee crystallization robot (Genomic solutions) and recently have been experiencing serious communication problem between HoneyBee and the PC running it ("module communication time out"), so that it stops randomly in middle of plates. It is more likely to be due to a PC problem (communication card). If anyone has experienced a similar issue, that would be good to know so that we can narrow down quickly what could be causing this problem.
