For a set of denzo/mosflm conversion programs, try
ftp://waterline.chess.cornell.edu/pub, get
mosflm_denzo_conversion.tar.gz. The mosflm2denzo in this set is designed
to start from a DPS parameter file plus a mosflm orientation matrix, but
it would be simple to modify the source code (included) to get the
necessary wavelength, etc. from another source than a DPS file.

Browsing through the CCP4bb archive, I noticed there's
an application (denzo2mosflm) to convert denzo crystal
orientations (three angles) to mosflm format
(orientation matrix). Is there a way to do the
opposite?
