Hi,

I recently tried STRIDE web server for secondary structure assignment. In one paper that describes the software (Nucleic Acids Research, 2004, Vol. 32, Web Server issue) it can be read that "STRIDE is a software tool  for secondary structure assignment from atomic resolution protein structures". What are "atomic resolution protein structures?" Is there a minimum resolution to use STRIDE?

Thanks,

David Marçal
