Hello,
We have a Linux box running ccp4-6.0.1, compiled from source with default
options with gcc version 4.0.2 20051125. The machine is a Dual 3.2 GHz
Xeon PC, 2 Gb RAM, 750 Gb of disk space running Fedora Core 4 kernel
2.6.16-1.2115_FC4smp.
When doing any refinement in Refmac, we get the following:
/lcrystal/ccp4-6.0.1/src/refmac5_/extra_eigen.f Fortran runtime error:
End of record
#CCP4I TERMINATION TIME 04 Oct 2006 14:52:15
#CCP4I MESSAGE Task failed
These refinements proceed fine on another box running RedHat Linux 9,
ccp4-4.2.2, so it is not our data that is the problem.
Any suggestions?
