Dear all,
I am running phaser via ccp4i, looking for four molecules in the
asymmetric unit. The program runs nicely for one hour and has probably
solved the problem, but it crashes before the end during a refinement
step, with the following message:
Calculating electron density...
Done

The program run with command: phaser
has failed with error message
child killed: kill signal

Any suggestions ?
