Hi all, I have rotations and translations for ensembles from a phaser job. there are trials with 1 or 2 clashes (since i didn't give the acceptable number of clashes to more than 0, phaser didn't write out any soln). i'd like to take a look at those with just one or two clashes. i applied the rotations and translations to the original coordinates of the ensembles but see a lot more than 1 clash! what am i doing wrong ? is there any other transformation to do before i apply these rotations and translations ? (like shift to origin) and how to do that if i do need to do this ? appreciate your help.
