Dear all, for filling up a selected asymmetric unit with the complete set of atoms by a program (not by hand using pdbset or gensym) I would like to use templates like http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/dev/templates/symm_get_box.html. Therefore I need the subroutines ccpfyp,msymlb3,setlim,ccperr and possibly some others. Are they available from ccp4? Does exist an other program which can fill a unit cell/asymmetric unit (following the ccp4 definition) without manual intervention?
