Hi there,
Just updated my X11 for MacOS 10. Programs like CCP4 and MOSFLM run
fine, unfortunately Coot does not start any longer. It is installed
under “Applications” and could be started like a regular program with
a Desktop icon. When I activate the Desktop icon Coot seems to start,
at least the window with the bird pops up, but nothing else happens.
When I start out of X11 under ‘User’ I get the following error message:

Reason: image not found

As ‘root’ I get this:

Sourcing the equivalent setup-scripts has not effect. Anyone out
there has a similar problem and/or solution to the problem??
