Have you installed phaser in the right place for the GUI to find? It
might be in $CBIN/phaser
If not Look under system administration - configure interface - and
enter under
External programs
phaser $Phaser_dir/phaser
eg In York we have
shelxc /y/programs/xtal/shelx/shelxc

Hello,
I am new at crystallography. I am trying to get the phaser MR working
with ccp4i on an SGI Octane system running Irix6.5. The problem is that
the phaser program (v1.3.1) is not either recongnized by ccp4i v6.0.1,
or after using the install task, cannot find the phaser program. I think
the problem lies with the tcl/tk version. Is there a problem with the
tcl/tk version for Irix6.5 or do I need an earlier version?
