POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN PROTEIN CRYSTALLOGRAPHY
A three years postdoctoral position is available immediately in Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan. Applicants should have a Ph.D. and experienced in macromolecular crystallography. Molecular biologists or protein chemists strongly interested in expanding their knowledge into crystallographic work will also be seriously considered. The laboratory is fully equipped for protein expression, purification, and macromolecular crystallography. X-ray facilities include one RaxisIV and two RaxisIV++ image plate detectors with X-stream cryosystem. The successful applicant will be involved in several projects probing proteins structural and functional studies including chloroplast proteins involved in protein transport and proteins involved in DNA replication restart.
