Thanks for the help. I added the location for the ccp4i database manually into the "Directories and Project" window and the new installation recognised all the old jobs. Be carefull that you have transfered your complete ccp4 working directrory with all files including the subdirectories 'CCP4_DATABASE' and 'DepositFiles' to the new location. Close your ccp4i session on your old computer before you do all this, otherwise ccp4i will come up with an error message on your new system and it will ask if it can remove the database lock.
