Indeed - the warning can be ignored (it only gives the warning because of the time of the last SHARP/autoSHARP release, CCP4 version 6.X wasn't out yet). One issue to be aware of: with CCP4 6.X the old FFT program has been removed and the previous FFTBIG program has been renamed to FFT. SHARP/autoSHARP already wanted to use the program 'fftbig' before - but now this binary isn't present any more. So what you need to do (once) is % cd $CBIN % ln -s fft fftbig so that the current SHARP/autoSHARP version will be happy using the correct FFTBIG as before. This will be unnecessary in the next release.
