I have just installed the linux version of ccp4 on my Red Hat Enterprise computer and when I try and run phaser I get the error message:
<B><FONT COLOR="#FF8800"> ---------------------------------------------------------------------- FILE OPENING ERROR: "/fgp/brest/m009800/xxxxxxexp/ScalAveragedP6.mtz" ---------------------------------------------------------------------- </FONT></B> I have checked the permissions and refmac and coot work with the same files so it's probably not an issue there. If anyone has had this problem please let me know. Thanks. Robert
