Hello, I'm trying to use the task "make reference" in order to have a reference structure for Pirate. I cannot do FTP so I put the coordinate and the structure files in a local folder. When I try to run the task with the ccp4i or manually, I have the following message:
The program run with command: cmakereference -stdin has failed with error message child killed: bus error (I'm using a Mac Intel and the 6.0.1 version of ccp4) So, I have no idea of where is the problem. I verified the files and their location and every thing is ok. Could you tell me what can I do? Thanks in advance Paola
