That explains my one counterexample -- the LCD panel needing replacement.
Anyway, they just made $658 on two hard drives, so they should be more
gleeful.
That, and they just made $350 on a memory upgrade that I would have had
for free had I bought a Macbook 4 days later.
But I got them back: my first-generation iPod still works (probably
only because I have no lifestyle).

I just inquired: it's a flat rate of $329 in all cases, except when the LCD
