[ccp4bb] Using contact for DNa-protein interactions

Hi! I've been using CONTACT to identify DNA-protein interactions. The
program does not seem to be picking up DNA-water interactions although it
picks up protein-water interactions. Is there some way to pick up the
DNA-water interactions?
