Hi, I am trying to refine a peptide with phosphotyrosine in CNS. I downloaded the parameter and topology files for phosphotyrosine from the hiccup database and pasted into the protein.param and protein.top files from the CNS library. But I am not able to run generate.inp with these modified parameter and topology files. Any suggestion is appreciated. Jinjin |
