I donnot know what is wrong with the mtz file, it is simply
converted from a sca file
with scalepack2mtz, and now I am using molrep, it didnot give such
wrong information.
What is the problem? Thanks!
If you ran it through the GUI, did you click on the "Run Truncate..."
button to convert the intensities (I) to amplitudes (F)?
Otherwise, you need to click on the "Use Intensities" button in the
Molrep GUI.
