Hello All, I need to know which top/par files to use in CNS to refine RNA structures with modified bases e.g. 1MG, PSU etc.
If I download the corresponding files from HIC-Up, do I need to paste their contents into dna-rna.top ? do i need to change dna-rna.link file ? I would be very grateful if those who have refined such structures make their top/par files available along with any other files they added/changed. Thanks, Swanand Gore
