Perhaps a silly question, but I've asked at least a couple of those before...
We have been running CCP4 6.0.2 on Windows and Macintosh systems, but have recently purchased two supercomputers that are set up with Linux Fedora 7 for computational work. We are trying to put CCP4 onto these computers, but after going through the install (which I presume worked?), we have no idea how to open the CCP4i interface, or COOT for that matter.
