Senior Research Scientist Position deCODE biostructures is a biopharmaceutical company specializing in protein crystallography with operations in internal and collaborative drug development. We are seeking an X-ray crystallographer to lead gene-to-structure projects at our Woodridge, IL facility. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in protein or small molecule crystallography and industrial experience is preferred. The applicant should be familiar with molecular cloning methods, protein purification and proficient in synchrotron data collection, and all modern computational methods of protein crystal structure determination. The successful candidate will interact within a diverse team of scientists and must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
