Hi Hongmin,

I have used the anti-penta-His HRP conjugate antibody from Qiagen, and it works 
very well. It comes as a kit which includes a special blocking buffer.  You 
don't need to use any secondary antibody, so it saves time. But you can only 
use the diluted solution 1-2 times within 1-2 weeks, so it is not as re-usable 
as most primary antibodies. See details at Qiagen web site.

My friend also had good experience with a cheaper anti-His antibody from Sigma. 
But it didn't work well in our hands probably because it prefers N-terminal His 
tag.
