Dear all, >From now to July 2011 Chinese government will fund a planaria structural genomics project, for the reason of promoting the stem cell study of China. We have constructed the cDNA library of Dujesia japonica, a kind of freshwater planarian, and indentified more than 150 planaria specific proteins. Most our targets selected are planaria specific proteins and proteins important for stem cell study in which planaria is deeply studied as a model system. Now we want to seek an over sea collaborator whose duty is doing some diffraction data collection and structure solving work. If anyone is interested in it, please contact me as soon as possible.
