Dear all
After announcing molecular replacement server with all allowed space
group checks because of rapid increase of the usage our system could
not handle it and we had to turn off this option.
Now we have upgraded the system and it is ready for to use.
Note that the new option of the server is to check all potential
space groups. There is a check box if you want to run full molecular
replacement with all space groups.
The system runs the full molecular replacement for all potential
models and then makes decision about the correct space group.
You can access the webserver as usual from
www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/YSBLPrograms/index.jsp
We hope that the outputs are clear enough.
