In the protein crystallography group at Utrecht University positions are
available for
-3 post-doctoral fellows
-2 PhD students and
-1 research technician.
Our research is focused on the structural biology of key proteins and
protein complexes in Immunology and Hematology. Core technologies in the
lab are the production of plasma proteins and cell surface receptors in
mammalian cell culture, X-ray crystallography, and biophysical
characterization of proteins and their complexes.
We are looking for:
- 2 post-doctoral fellows with expertise in (mammalian) protein
expression and biophysical protein characterization
- 1 post-doctoral fellow with a background in crystallography or
computational chemistry
- 2 PhD students with a background in molecular biology, biochemistry or
biophysics
- 1 research technician with experience in cloning and expression of
proteins, preferably in eukaryotic expression systems.
