Dear All,
Looking for computer programs to calculate sedimentation coefficients
(S20,w) from pdb-files, we came across HYDROPRO (http://leonardo.fcu.um.es/macromol/programs/hydropro/hydropro.htm
), available in Windows or Linux versions, but I was wondering if
there were other options. Also, what correlation can be expected with
measured values?
Of course, a web server or inclusion into ccp4 would be ideal :-)
