Dear all, Thank you so much for all the helpful replies. I took the advice to copy the Lsqkab output into excel and then make the plot.
The tricky thing is that, by doing the copy/paste, not only numbers will be copied, but also the text next to it. Immediately after pasting into excel, each cell will contain the data in such a format: "xx.xxx 1CA A 1CA A". However, only the xx.xxx part is wanted. To avoid deleting the "1CA A 1CA A" one by one, you can go to "Data ---> Text to Columns..." to edit the whole work sheet all together and get rid of the unwanted text in one action. That's very convenient. Many suggested the gnuplot for the 2D deviation plot. But since I am not familiar with this program at all, I did not try it. I can tell that it's a powerful program in making various plots. It must be a great option as well. Thanks again! Shawn
