Dear Deliang,

You can fuse your protein of interest with Azurin (a low molecular weight
protein from P. aeruginosa, which express very well in E. coli), add copper
and your protein-of-interest-azurin fusion will be bright blue (lmax= ca.
600 nm). Easy to look at during purification and (peraphs) during
crystallization. It worked ones for me!
