I think the procheck output contains such a graph, too, even though it may more informative rather than pretty design.

Dear All,

Does anyone know of a program that is capable of drawing the secondary structure of a protein molecule?

I'd really like to be able to take a protein molecule, and draw the secondary structure out along a line, indicating the positions of secondary structural elements like sheets and helices.

Thanks! and all the best,
