Our resident enzymologist (who just retired) recently picked up a copy of a current book that claims to update Jencks and Walsh, since they were both published before 1980. It's by Frey & Hegeman: http://www.oup.com/us/catalog/he/subject/Chemistry/Biochemistry/ProteinsandEnzymes/?view=usa&ci=9780195122589 If you try it out, I'd love to hear how it goes. -- Thanks, Donnie Donnie Berkholz Developer, Gentoo Linux Blog: http://dberkholz.wordpress.com
