Hi Vaheh -

There should be a 'database.LOCK' file in the 'CCP4_DATABASE'
subdirectory
where you were working.  If you can't find it, search for a file with a
similar filename - I'm basing this on the UNIX version of CCP4.  Delete
this file and all should be well.
