- so this is indeed a cyclic protein, right?- Is it not the case that the two molecules per ASU in P32 are related by twofold NCS, and that in P3221 this is a crystallographic twofold? - What do you mean with "some percentage of the unit cells have the linked protein going in one direction in the cell and the rest of the cells have it going in the other direction"?
