From the limited information you provide, here is your fix based on my best clairvoyant technique:

Login as yourself, then adjust these commands accordingly (especially the first)

cd /My/ccp4/directory
sudo chown -R ./ `whoami`
sudo chmod u+rwx ./
chmod u+rw ./*

Get a UNIX expert to help you if this looks cryptic.

If it doesn't fix it--you will need to give more information.
