Dear Paula, The tcltk++ binary either from the downloads pages or ftp://ftp.ccp4.ac.uk/ccp4/current/extras should work fine - if you unpack this somewhere, export CCP4I_TCLTK appropriately and add the lib directory to the LD_LIBRARY_PATH it should solve your problem. If you would like more detail please don't hesitate to get in touch. This works fine on all the 32 and 64 linux systems I have tested.
