Dear Crystallography Scientists, We are working on some membrane proteins and would like to apply monoclonal antibody to facilitate the crystallization. Even this method showed very good results in some cases, I am really not sure about other failure cases that are not reported.
Because this method is quite expensive and labourous, having the statistics of the failures is quite helpful for researchers to decide what they should do.
