Dear All, Sorry to disturb you with this simple question. I am not familiar with the membrane protein.
Here I just ask that is Integrin alpha9beta1 or other integrin protein soluble in water or Tris-HCl buffer? If I want to put integrin alpha9beta1 and its ligand in Tris-HCl buffer(PH7.4) to study their interaction, is it feasible or not. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Shulin
