Dear All,
From the 5th August 2009 the PQS (Protein Quaternary Structure - http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pdbe/pqs/index.html) will no longer be updated with the normal weekly releases. We will maintain the PQS service with pre-August 2009 data until January 2010 to allow ongoing research and analysis to be completed. The PQS service is being phased out due to its replacement by a more advanced (and automated) service called PDBePISA. We highly recommend that scientists use the PDBePISA service in preference as soon as possible due to the higher quality of the quaternary structure information offered by this services.

PDBePISA may be accessed from http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/prot_int/pistart.html.

Please get in touch with us at [email protected] for any questions you may have regarding the withdrawal of the PQS service. We thank you for for using the PQS service all these years.

best regards -
