Hi all,
I'm working on a structure which has clear density for a DTT molecule bound to a CYS residue. However, I'm having trouble creating a bond between the DTT and CYS. I've tried to add a LINK record with no luck since running the structure through REFMAC just pushes the CYS S away from the DTT S. Maybe I'm going about it the wrong way and I was wondering if anyone would have suggestions as to the best way to generate a CYS-DTT link. Thanks in advance, -Rajintha
