Hi -
There is no specific reason, to my knowledge, why ARP/wARP will not be
recognized by the latest version of ccp4i.
At worse, you can re-install the GUI from 'Install Task' from the
ccp4i, which should still work.
If you have any specific trouble/error messages, please do let me know.
