At the moment refmac is not ready for reticular twin refinement. I
hope it will be ready by the next year.

If you run the new REFMAC refinement it is meant to detwin as it
refines, using the refined twin parameter.
I havent tried it for this but it is a special case of non-
merehedral twinning I think and should work shouldnt it Garib?
