Dear all,I just installed on my box the latest binary for coot. Just marvelous (thanks Paul).
I am having a little problem with it that is annoying me (I went through the FAQ but could not find the answer). Coot does not allow me to insert a terminal residue nor to real-space refine (I never had that problem with the earlier Coot version 0.5.something I just left behind). Coot complains about "No restraints found", "non-existent or minimal description of restrained residues" and suggests "try file -> Import CIF dictionary". The protein has just been refined using REFMAC5 from the latest CCP4 distro and REFMAC5 did not complain at all. I really don't know what I should import.
Any suggestions are welcome, thank you in advance. Fred.
