Dear All, I have created this website MAHORI (http://felix.bioc.cam.ac.uk) to display ligand interaction with proteins in the PDB. There is a lot of room for improvement and I really hope to get feedback from the CCP4 community so that I can make it more useful to chemical biology, medicinal chemistry, fragment design research.
