Hi Tony, Although not in the USA, Melford Chemicals (www.melford.co.uk) sell DDM at a very good price (about 550 EURO/25g). I use it for solubilisation of membrane proteins, but not for their crystallisation. For the latter I would stick to Anatrace bDDM.
