As I recently learnt from Andy Arvai, the "-nopixmap" is not needed if
the (free) NX server has
AGENT_EXTRA_OPTIONS_X="-defer 0"
in its node.conf .
I like this a lot because I tend to forget about the -nopixmap option,
_and_ it does not work for the zoom window.
