Dear CCP4bb, I'm running into some difficulties with Pymol, in particular I want to visualize via APBS the electrostatic surface of the protein, a protein peptide and an inhibitor molecule. I can render the electrostatic surfaces for each of them separately but I fail to show individual surfaces for each of the items in question.
Since the .pse files are in binary format I was unable to find a way how to merge the individual .pse files in a meaningful manner (only the first file will be interpreted when all files are cated) If anybody has some suggestions I would be very glad to try them out.
