Dear BB,

Using scala in version 6.1.3 via ccp4i 2.0.6 on a linux box I run into
the following Database Access Failure message:

"This instance of CCP4i no longer has control of the current database.
This is probably because another CCP4i is running and has taken control
of the database over from this one.
It is unsafe under these circumstances to alter the job database and so
a new job has not been created.
The safest action is to close this instance of CCP4i and check that
there are no other CCP4is running before restarting."

Effectively, there aren't. So I am completely blocked.

I guess that years ago I have had already this problem and as far as I
remember I had to edit a database file and delete some lines in error.
This time I find nothing wrong. That time, just like now I had many
projects in the database.

I also found the same request on the bb, but the proposed answer,
notably to find a ccp4.LOCK file and delete it, doesn't solve my
problem, since I couldn't find such a file.

I would be grateful for your help.

Best regards,

Zsolt
