Hi all, I wanted to report the successful resolution of my phasing inquiry regarding anomalous data collected from a crystal soaked with the magic triangle (I3C), with assistance from Tobias Beck and George Sheldrick. The data were prepared using the XPREP program, followed by determination of the heavy atom positions by SIRAS, using SHELXD and a beta test version of SHELXE, which contains an auto-trace feature.
Density modification of the native reflection data was peformed using CCP4, followed by successful structure determination using Phenix for building and refinement. Thanks, Jeanine
