for a highly motivated Postdoctoral associate. Successful candidates should
have
received a Ph.D. degree (1-3 yrs) in structural biology, biophysics,
biochemistry, chemistry, or related discipline. Applicants must have
demonstrated experience in cloning and expression of recombinant proteins in
bacterial and insect cell systems, large-scale protein purification,
macromolecular crystallization and structure determination. This opportunity
at
CalAsia is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and desires the opportunity
to gain experience in a drug discovery environment. The incumbent will be
given
the opportunity to interact with our academic collaborators, and gain in vivo
pharmacology and in vitro screening experience.
