Buccaneer 1.5 is available from here:

The new version doesn't have any new model building features, but
incorporates significant new features to automate tidying up of the
resulting model, as follows:
- Model tidying: Chain fragments are now assembled into final chains
where possible. An MR model may optionally be given to provide the chain
labels.
- Oxygens are now built on C-terminii.
The download package will also fix the broken files which were
distributed with versions of ccp4 6.1.13 before yesterday, if required.
